Influencer Marketing lead

We’re looking for a self-starter to run influencer marketing for Lustre. You'll be leading all aspects of our influencer marketing, from strategy, outreach, performance & relationships with key influencers.

Ideally you’re clued into internet culture, understand the sort of content and communities that is relevant to what we’re building at Lustre and are up for the challenge of breaking through the noise of social media. 

What you will do:

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop the overall influencer strategy
• Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with established and up-and-coming influencers in tech, commerce, lifestyle, and adjacent verticals
• Own influencer marketing KPIs
• Represent & pitch our product to influencers

What we look for:

• Strong understanding and passion for social media and trends across Twitter, Reddit, Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snap
• Deep interest in global trends and awareness of cultural differences
• Detail oriented in order to accurately run our analytics and payments.
• Knowledgeable in influencer marketing KPIs, ideally with a track record of successfully building influencer marketing campaigns
• Ability to work strategically as a proactive self-starter with independent decision making, driving rapid work delivery, and having a solution-driven approach
• Familiarity and existing relationships with influencers in tech/commerce, a plus!
• A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
