Customers already use our product every day on their mobile phones to get valet parking and additional services (think gas fill-up, car washes, and more) whenever they want it, wherever they want it.  We’re focused on our mission of bringing our services to the world, one car at a time. Position Summary:
As the People Operations Specialist you will perform a variety of duties to assist the department in the operation and execution of People processes, programs and functions in alignment with the Company’s overall principles, regulations and policies, to help create a results-oriented, high performance work environment.

Responsibilities:

    • Own employee on-boarding/off-boarding processes
    • Own the immigration process from start to finish for new hires as well as current employees
    • First point of contact for employees and managers for People Ops-related questions
    • Assigns and tracks required employee trainings
    • Manage all employee onboarding from creating offer letters to managing employee's first day.  Consistently improve employee onboarding process
    • Work closely with Payroll team on employee changes across internal systems
    • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
    • Manage background checks and employment verifications

Skills:

    • Working knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems & processing, ideally ADP Workforce Now
    • Experienced managing pre, on, and off boarding
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources
    • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Customer Service and communication skills with all levels of the organization
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other similar degree
    • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Competency in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas and instructions
    • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
    • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs and Sheets
    • Ability to pivot and adapt to new processes as needed
