Luxe Valet is looking for a Valet Operations Associate in San Francisco. As a part of the Valet Operations team, you will own the most important part of the business (valets) in our largest market. This position is ideally suited for a business-savvy individual looking to leverage their considerable quantitative, operational and strategic thinking skills to tackle valet operations. You will be responsible for analyzing problems using data and real-life insight, define solutions, and implement them in the real world. You are a respected leader and live by a “get it done!” mantra.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include quantitative, strategic and operational initiatives, process design and implementation, execution, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities:

    • Identify operational pain points, formulate solutions and execute
    • Develop programs to scale the operations and support the business
    • Maximize the efficiency of training and onboarding, while using metrics and performance data to support the San Francisco market
    • Manage time-sensitive escalations and make command decisions
    • Drive quality metrics and initiatives to improve the customer and valet experience
    • Develop compelling, insightful, and actionable programs and measurements using data and real-world insights
    • Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy; Own process for measuring the impact and return of recommended initiatives
    • Maintain high productivity with limited oversight on a day-to-day basis
    • Take on meaningful responsibility and initiative for shaping operations

Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related technical field
    • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Highly analytical mindset with strong financial modeling and complex problem solving skills
    • People management with a focus on driving culture and business success
    • Effective oral and written communication skills, while dealing with stress well
    • A high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
    • Ability to succeed in a collaborative get-it-done environment
    • A detail-oriented approach: Must pay very close attention to details and have the drive to get things right
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
    • High degree of reliability including accountability for daily, weekly and long-term projects
    • Able to quickly adapt to changing tools and systems
