As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator at Luxury Presence, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that support our GTM teams. You’ll execute scoped technical work using both declarative tools and programmatic development within the Salesforce platform. Your focus will be on building, testing, and deploying features efficiently and reliably, while collaborating with internal RevTech and engineering partners to maintain a clean, scalable system architecture. This role also includes working with integrated third-party tools like Hubspot, Dialpad, Gong, and Workato.

Responsibilities:

    • Salesforce Development: Build solutions in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud using flows, validation rules, custom fields, and Apex where needed.
    • Ticket Execution: Deliver on scoped tickets related to CRM automation, object modeling, and platform updates.
    • Automation: Implement and maintain process automation to improve user experience and operational efficiency
    • Custom Code & Components: Support custom development including Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components as needed.
    • Testing & QA: Perform thorough unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deployments.
    • Deployments: Prepare metadata for deployment and follow internal processes for DevOps Center, change sets, or CI/CD pipelines.
    • Bug Fixes: Investigate and resolve issues related to existing flows, automation, or custom functionality.
    • Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation related to builds, releases, and reusable components.

Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder required; Platform Developer I strongly preferred.
    • Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience.
    • Technical Proficiency: Advanced understanding of Flow Builder, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce platform tools like Workbench or DevOps Center.
    • Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in both declarative and programmatic solutions.
    • Collaboration: Comfortable working in an agile or sprint-based model with developers, admins, and RevOps partners.
    • Attention to Detail: Proven track record of writing clean, scalable solutions with thorough testing
    • Efficiency: Ability to manage and complete multiple development tasks with minimal supervision.
