Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and action-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to join our mission! You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and create meaningful user engagement across various platforms. Luzia is a friendly, multifunctional personal assistant. This product is designed to organize, simplify and enrich everyday life through features ranging from managing calendars and answering questions to providing learning experiences and simplifying everyday tasks.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
    • Create engaging, high-quality video content that resonates with Gen Z audiences and drives brand awareness.
    • Create brand narratives and content around Product launches
    • Becoming the voice of the user: driving user and future users insights from data collected from Social Media and other digital channels performance
    • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with content creators and influencers in key regions, particularly in Latin America and Spain.
    • Stay abreast of social media trends, cultural movements, and emerging digital platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and cutting-edge.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce and amplify content.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance with data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Maintain a broad vision of the brand, understanding the long-term impact of marketing activities across the business.

Qualifications

    • Proven experience in brand marketing with a focus on digital channels, especially TikTok and Instagram.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging video content.
    • Experience working with influencers and content creators, particularly in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, and Spain.
    • In-depth understanding of social media trends, cultural insights, and Gen Z preferences.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • Strategic thinker with a long-term vision for brand growth and development.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
