The role of the Adoption and Change Management Consultant is to deliver consultative services directly to our clients and to build relationships with our stakeholders and project teams. You will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage of our technical solutions focused in Microsoft 365. You will support the identification and mobilization of a change network for our clients and provide change management expertise in the areas of change strategy & planning, communications, training, and user adoption support. This is a hybrid role based in our Denver, Co office.
A Day in the Life:
- Work with clients to identify the impact of a technology change being introduced to their end-users.
- Help educate the client on the full capabilities of the technology to ensure they understand and can plan to derive the full intended benefit of technology.
- Gather technology adoption requirements through various methods from individual interviews to leading group workshops.
- Coordinate with LVS technical teams and clients to determine the Governance Plan for a technology change being introduced to a client organization.
- Create personas and document user requirements to guide the OCM plans and technology implementation.
- Develop end-user policies and standards to ensure secure and effective adoption of the technology.
- Work with LVS technical consultants to learn about the technology change we are implementing for a client so we can create a strong OCM plan including Governance, Communications, and Training.
- Create a Communications Plan and develop communication messages to support the plan.
- Use various communications for delivering the communication messages.
- Create a role-based Training Plan that reflects the various personas and change impact assessment.
- Create training materials and deliver training to various user groups from white-glove service for Executives and their administrators to office and field/front line workers.
- Support other change and communications related project activities.
- Meet with the internal OCM Community of Practice to support the development of the practice area.
- Lead projects as a project coordinator, as required to maintain utilization targets when OCM work is unavailable.
- Supportive and aware of following all LVS policies including our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Security Compliance and Respectful Workplace Programs.
- A willing contributor to various government audits and special programs that Long View participates in every year. Part of your duties will be to participate in these programs where needed as it relates to your technology area(s)
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in a change management role with a focus on supporting the people side of change in technology adoption consulting
- Experience with technical implementations and changes including SharePoint and Teams projects
- Ability to follow established processes to deliver quality outcomes, understand hand-off, and be able to suggest and apply improvements
- Experience eliciting requirements and creating role-based user requirements and impact assessment documentation
- Experience creating communication plans and messages, using various communication methods and tools
- Experience creating training plans and materials including the development of training videos, quick reference cards, Microsoft Forms Quizzes, and PowerPoint decks

What Makes You Extra Awesome:
- Organizational Change Management certification (Prosci)
- Certified Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist
- Accredited Instructional Designer/Trainer
- Technical certification in a Microsoft application or platform (M365, SharePoint, Dynamics).
- Certification with other technology platforms or methodology such as ITIL, SAP, or Google.

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
Expected annual earnings is $110,000-$130,000 with 10% Incentive.
