We’re seeking a hands-on, technically skilled Deskside Team Lead to support our client site in Denver. This role blends advanced deskside support responsibilities with light team coordination. You’ll work directly with end users—from entry-level to executives—while guiding a small team of consultants to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction. This role is based onsite at the client office in the Denver Tech area.

A Day in the Life:

    • Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and computing platforms.
    • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and phones using SCCM and Intune.
    • Support Microsoft environments including Office 365, Windows/Mac OS, VPN, Citrix, Active Directory, SAP.
    • Conduct remote troubleshooting and escalate Tier 2 incidents per client protocols.
    • Monitor desktop infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.
    • Track and escalate outages; maintain documentation in ServiceNow.
    • Light team coordination: share updates, approve time entries, and support team engagement.
    • Encourage participation in team-building and company events.

What You Bring:

    • 6+ years of deskside IT experience, ideally with some exposure to team coordination.
    • Strong technical troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
    • Familiarity with ITIL Incident Management and network security practices.
    • Experience supporting mobile devices and remote access tools.
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
