Perform as key member of the Internal Systems (IS) team, acting as a liaison between Internal Systems and business unit customers, working effectively and contributing specialized business and technical knowledge in support of multiple development and maintenance efforts.
Principle responsibility will be to provide analytical and technical support for Lone Wolf systems and applications including Salesforec.com, NetSuite, and JIRA. Also supporting data management and reporting enhancements. This will include but not be limited to analyzing and documenting business process and system requirements, logical data and process designs, application architecture, application integration, application development and testing, and project management for implementation of system enhancements. In addition to the standard activities described below, proactively seek and implement solutions that will reduce the cost and time associated with the business operations.
- · 3 to 5 years as a Technical Analyst or related field preferred (QA/QC/BA) · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Experience collaborating with remote teams preferred
- Experience with accounting systems or financial reporting is highly desirable Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
