Perform as key member of the Customer Operations team, acting as a liaison between Customer Ops Systems and business unit customers, working effectively and contributing specialized business and technical knowledge in support of multiple development and maintenance efforts.
 
Principle responsibility will be to provide analytical and technical support for Lone Wolf systems and applications including Salesforec.com, NetSuite, and JIRA. Also supporting data management and reporting enhancements.  This will include but not be limited to analyzing and documenting business process and system requirements, logical data and process designs, application architecture, application integration, application development and testing, and project management for implementation of system enhancements.  In addition to the standard activities described below, proactively seek and implement solutions that will reduce the cost and time associated with the business operations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Serve as a key contact for information about Operations Systems. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff
    • Partner with the internal user community to identify, analyze and document business process requirements and product functional specifications supporting evolving needs.  Perform fit gap analysis, determine required modifications, and develop associated technical requirements
    • Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for process improvement and guide the business in the establishment of effective and efficient business practices. Identify and recommend where performance enhancements, application enhancements and quality enhancements or new technologies may be incorporated
    • Work with internal technical resources to architect, document and implement Operations system improvements or new solutions, including integration with other systems/applications and database and reporting requirements. Manage the completion of the System Development Methodology project phases from Feasibility through Development, Testing, and Implementation
    • Lead routine application upgrades. Interface directly with Operations internal customers and technical resources to coordinate software releases and 3rd party application upgrades
    • Lead project planning activities, design meetings and reviews, and code reviews for the purpose of developing and implementing quality Operations systems enhancements or solutions.  Create and maintain project plans
    • Lead system integration, and user acceptance testing. Create end-to-end test plans, scenarios, and test scripts.  Manage the testing cycle. Develop and maintain quality assurance (QA) requirements
    • Manage multiple tasks, on multiple projects ensuring schedule and requirements are met.  Report on progress weekly and measure against goals/initiatives to management for meeting objectives
    • Support the development of Operations system/application documentation by providing content and guidance for design specifications, test scenarios, plans and scripts, release notes, training manuals, system management guides, etc.  Create and maintain documentation standards and coach others to improve their ability to develop high quality documentation. Comply with department standards and procedures
    • Create and deliver documentation to support training sessions and/or presentations on Operations systems/applications and project related topics for technical and business functional audiences
    • Provide functionality support for Operations systems including the management of bug fixes and enhancement requests. Perform problem determination (root cause analysis) and document the source of problems and their resolution. Aid customers and other staff members in resolving errors resulting from the use of applications. Recognize and analyze trends in errors to identify and install long term solutions to problems

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3 to 5 years as a Technical Analyst or related field preferred (QA/QC/BA)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented thinking
    • Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent follow up skills required
    • Experience with accounting systems or financial reporting is highly desirable
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of JIRA preferred
    • Knowledge of GIT Preferred
    • Understanding of SCRUM and how it interacts with the project life cycle preferred
    • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience collaborating with remote teams preferred
    • Experience within real estate or real estate brokerages preferred
