JOB SUMMARY:  
The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for owning, creating and maintaining test automation plans for Lone Wolf products. The QA Automation Engineer will work with product owners, engineering and other QA teams to define and review requirements for new test automation. The QA Automation Engineer will recommend process improvements and tools to develop a highly-efficient, continuous integration development environment while working with the engineering and IT team to design and operate test environments, staging platforms, labs, configurations, etc.   

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 
We are looking for a self-organized and result-oriented QA Automation Engineer with a quality-oriented perspective who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis and sound independent decision making.
.    Solid understanding of QA testing methodologies and practices with a proven ability to efficiently write effective, reusable, consistent and easily readable and maintainable test automation scripts that provide in depth coverage of functionality.
.    Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams to understand product requirements to ensure that test automation is implemented correctly.
.    Strong communication skills, a passionate commitment to quality, and a collaborative, team-oriented working style. 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: 
.    5+ years of experience in the software industry (QA and/or Development).
.    3+ years of experience with industry-standard software testing tools for automation and test management. 
.    3+ years of experience in building and maintaining test scripts and frameworks using Selenium Webdriver with Java. 
.    2+ years experience testing client facing software.
.    2+ years experience documenting defects, reproduction steps, RCA’s, and producing technical documentation.
.    2+ years experience troubleshooting technical issues with internal or external customers.
.    Experience leading small to medium size teams and mentoring junior team members to achieve personal and organizational goals. 
.    Experience with source control and/or config management tools such as GIT, SVN, Bitbucket etc. 
.    Experience with relational and non-relational database testing is a bonus. 
.    Experience as a software developer is a big plus.
