 JOB SUMMARY:   
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, can work on their own or within a team and is passionate about their work. You will collaborate with and learn from the best Real Estate forms developers in the world. This job is a critical role in ensuring we provide the best client experience in getting customized real estate forms and contacts developed for use within several Lone Wolf products in a timely fashion! 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

    • Manage inbound & outbound communications with clients requesting customized real estate forms & contracts for system development for multiple software platforms 
    • Prepare & communicate custom quotes for clients using standard defined processes & procedures 
    • Create necessary custom work orders for the Forms Development team in a timely fashion 
    • Collaborate with other departments to deliver optimal results and prioritize a smooth client experience 
    • Candidate for this critical role must have the ability to respond & communicate requests to the forms development team that require mandatory deadlines to be met 
    • Attention to detail is a key element for this critical role. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years’ experience in a work environment using computers 
    • Real Estate knowledge beneficial but not required 
    • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Suite 
    • The ability to assist in developing & closely following quality standards 
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Business, Customer Service, or Computer Science preferred but not required 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

    • A keen eye for recognizing high profile / VIP clients 
    • Excellent decision making & communication skills 
    • Experience with Salesforce & JIRA highly desired 
    • Excellent written communication skills
