The Revenue Operations Team Lead will collaborate with key leaders to design measurement models and architecture of core analytics and dashboards, aimed at monitoring, diagnosing, and supporting our go-to-market initiatives. In this critical role, the Team Lead will optimize revenue processes, drive efficiency, and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and finance departments. Additionally, they will lead a team of sales coordinators responsible for managing sales operations, implementing revenue strategies, and providing actionable insights to enhance overall revenue performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Develop and optimize sales processes to streamline operations, improve reporting accuracy, and drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement revenue strategies and initiatives. Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and finance departments to maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights into sales and marketing performance. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
    • Guide the business in understanding how marketing and sales spend and outcomes accurately drive impact and return on investment via accurate reporting & forecasting.
    • Support sales, marketing, and customer success leaders in creating executive presentations and perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
    • Work closely with the L&D team to provide training, tools, and resources necessary to improve sales productivity and performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of sales and revenue management systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support business operations and decision-making.
    • Lead and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and professional development.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations and real estate. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field
    • EXPERIENCE:  3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
    • Strong interest in leveraging technology, tools, and process improvements to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Exceptional analytical skills to extrapolate patterns in new or unfamiliar datasets and the ability to develop insights and draw conclusions beyond what is readily apparent.
    • Understanding of financial analysis principles and proficiency in financial modeling in Microsoft Excel to assess revenue trends, forecast performance, and evaluate the financial impact of business decisions.
    • Experience architecting, maintaining, and improving key tools in the revenue tech stack – Marketo, Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, and NetSuite
    • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred) to create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations for reporting on key revenue metrics and performance indicators.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex ideas and information clearly and concisely.
    • Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members, set clear expectations, provide guidance, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
