About the Role
Clinical Quality Consultants (CQCs) play a unique and critical role in supporting our LCT Clinical team. This role will be a 50/50 split role consisting of a 50% LCT Provider role and a 50% administrative role focused on providing support to our Clinical Quality Team and cross-functional partners. The administrative element of the role supports the clinical quality team in scaling goals by contributing to onboarding new providers, training, and related Quality Improvement (“QI”) tasks (e.g., video review). CQCs play a key role in streamlining onboarding for new providers by supporting with practice session preparation, holding office hours, preparing training materials, etc. CQCs provide peer mentorship and support to tenured and part-time providers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a 50% time LCT caseload of ≥15 bookable client hours per week while also maintaining 80%+ clinical success and maintaining clinical quality performance expectations
- Participate in new provider onboarding and training and assist with developing content and improving operational processes in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Lead key trainings (e.g., tech training, practice session prep) for new providers following initial onboarding
- Assist with the review of new provider practice intake and skills demo video sessions
- Create and update clinical content on our Learning Management System (WorkRamp) and Zendesk in collaboration with SCQMs and other CQCs
- Hold weekly mentor office hours to assist new providers with learning the use of the platform and other key systems (e.g., g suite, ZenDesk, WorkRamp, etc.)
- Offer additional group- and individual-level support to providers on an ad hoc basis
- Support clinical managers to identify and assist providers in need of extra support or remediation prior to ramp
- Attend regular consultation meetings with fellow CQCs to connect on clinical and administrative consultation questions that arise in the role
- Meet with prospective LCT providers 1:1 during their recruitment process to provide additional insight into the role (as requested)
- Serve as a practice session partner for providers as needed and be available to provide live feedback to providers who are asked to re-do practice sessions prior to ramp
- Attend group consultation for tenured cohorts to provide additional support or mentorship around performance expectations (e.g., caseload management tips, utilizing CMD and MBC dashboards, maximizing use of the digital platform, etc.)
- Respond to administrative consultation requests to support the part-time provider network
- Support program initiatives and roll outs as needed

Qualifications
- Full-Time LCT Provider that has been a Full-Time provider for at least 2 years by 03/01/2025
- Must be in good standing and have met or exceeded the performance objectives as outlined in the Performance Expectations article for the previous 2 quarters
- Has met or exceeded the core performance expectations for a LCT provider (e.g., clinical success, caseload, and platform engagement) over the last two (2) quarters
- Dedication to LCT program values around continuous learning, growth, and improvement
- Demonstrated strength in utilization of LC digital tools within treatment and technical fluency across programs utilized at Lyra
- Active participation in LCT group consultation meetings where the candidate has demonstrated strengths related to providing validation, support, and constructive feedback to peers
- Demonstrated strength in building interpersonal relationships with team members and working collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively

$98,000 - $126,000 a year
As a full-time Clinical Quality Consultant, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000-$126,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for commission payments.
