Part-Time Employee Role & Responsibilities- As an Onsite Therapist you would:
- Work part-time (24 hours per week: Tues, Wed, Thurs 8-5pm) providing in-person care
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, and adults through individual, family and/or couple’s therapy
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and validated assessment tools to your clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes through the Lyra platform
- Assist with Manager/Clinical consultation requests
- Support critical incidents as needed and when available
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Conscientiously adhere to confidentiality issues, acting in compliance with local laws, regulations, and appropriate, industry guidelines
- Comply with relevant employer policies (such as workplace safety, COVID protocols, etc.)
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with Lyra team members and the employer's key contact
- Develop and deliver workshops to employees (in collaboration with the employer and Lyra)
- Participate in Employer-Sponsored Mental Health Initiatives (in collaboration with Lyra)
- Provide timely data reports to Lyra stakeholders when requested

Requirements:
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university
- Unrestricted license in California (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
- Skilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy)
- Previous experience delivering workshops, teaching or engaging in public speaking
- Full-time resident of the United States

The anticipated starting base pay range for an Onsite Mental Health Therapist (Part-time, In-person) role at Lyra is $45 - $66. The base pay range is determined by a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to the role, and your skills, qualifications and location.
At Lyra, base pay is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which may additionally include time off with pay, retirement benefits, and continuing education. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
