About the Role
We are pleased to announce we are recruiting 10 Associate Social Workers for the Lyra Clinical Fellowship Program. 

The mission of Lyra’s Clinical Fellowship Program is to reduce disparities in mental health by addressing key systemic barriers to licensure for Associate Social Workers from, or those that have experience working with, communities that are underrepresented in the field.

Lyra’s two-year fellowship program provides Associates with the highest quality training in evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy, rooted in a culturally responsive care foundation. During this program, Associates will utilize Lyra’s innovative video therapy program called Lyra  Care Therapy: blending live video sessions with between-session digital psychoeducation and customizable skill-building tools, lessons, and content.

As a part of the Lyra Clinical Fellowship, Associates would receive access to no-cost clinical supervision, hours towards the required 3000 experience hours BBS requirement in a healthy training environment, plus competitive pay and comprehensive health benefits.

Requirements:

    • Master’s degree or on-track to complete a Master’s degree by June 2024 from an accredited CSWE Social Work program
    • Registered in California as an Associate Social Worker (ASW) OR be eligible to apply to be an ASW in the state of California in time to begin employment. See link for more information.
    • Must reside in California by the beginning of the program in September 2024 and must reside in California for the duration of the fellowship.
    • Committed to delivering culturally responsive care
    • Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT)
    • Full-time resident of the United States

Daily / Weekly:

    • Work full-time (typically 40 hours per week) with a gradually increasing caseload as your clinical skills develop
    • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via Lyra’s online therapy platform
    • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between video-based sessions to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
    • Engage in weekly didactics designed to prepare you for an exciting career as a Clinical Social Worker
    • Attend one-on-one and peer group supervision

The anticipated starting base salary for an Associate Social Work Fellow - Full-Time (Remote) role at Lyra is $66,700 annually.
