About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will play a pivotal part in planning, executing, and optimizing cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. As a senior leader, you will collaborate with internal teams, manage external partners, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver impactful campaigns that achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the strategy for multi-channel growth marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, email, paid media, direct mail, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer segments, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Align campaign goals with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including creative development, execution, and optimization.
- Leverage A/B testing and real-time analytics to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance, implementing data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, product marketing, creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging, execution and follow-up.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign capabilities and reach.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and review dashboards to track key metrics and share progress with leadership teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing high-impact campaigns
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving demand and pipeline growth
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for building relationships and driving collaboration
- Highly collaborative, transparent and proactive communicator
- Creative thinker who can drive new approaches to stand out and reach our audiences
- Competent in various areas of marketing including strategy, planning, sales enablement, thought leadership, omni-channel, project management, growth marketing
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proficiency in audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
$119,000 - $183,000 a year
As a full-time Sr. Campaign Manager you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000-183,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
