About the job

This is a 3 month fixed-term contract.
To be based in Puchong, in Malaysia.
Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM  Monday to Friday (normal working hours to align with APAC time zones).
Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

    • Resource Bookings & Administrative Support
    • Secure appropriate and cost-effective resources for L&D events within required timelines.
    • Provide administrative support to the Global L&D department, ensuring smooth execution of training logistics.
    • Data & Information Management
    • Accurately record event bookings, financial processing, and resource tracking in LYRA INTERNATIONAL systems.
    • Maintain clear and professional correspondence with clients, global teams, and sales consultants.
    • Systems & Client Support
    • Administer client access rights to LYRA INTERNATIONAL Learning Systems where applicable.
    • Provide basic technical support for clients utilizing LYRA INTERNATIONAL L&D platforms.

Qualifications

    • Education: High school diploma (minimum) or undergraduate degree preferred
    • Experience: 2-3 years in administrative support, event coordination, or Learning & Development operations.

About You

    • Location: Must be based in Malaysia.
    • Languages: Must be fluent in English.
    • Flexibility: Required to attend international meetings outside standard working hours.
    • Standard working hours should align APAC time zones.
    • Role Evolution: The scope of the role may evolve, and responsibilities may be adjusted over time.
