Lyra Health is looking for an exceptional Lead Content Designer to join the Product Design team, focusing on the highest-impact moments in a member’s mental health journey to search for care. As a Lead Content Designer at Lyra, you’ll work closely with product designers, product managers, clinicians and executives to introduce and unlock access to mental health care for millions of users worldwide. The Lead Content Designer will shape the language across our client enrollment ecosystem while contributing to guidelines and best practices. 

This role will be a part of the Client Enrollment team, which supports a member’s first encounter with Lyra from registration to booking with a provider. 

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

    • Lead Client Enrollment Content Design, balancing business and user needs to ultimately support business, member, and clinical outcomes
    • Write clear, concise content for end-to-end user flows 
    • Help users feel welcomed and empowered as they navigate Lyra Health
    • Contribute to standards, best practices, and content guidelines for Design+ tools like Writer.com
    • Organize and maintain docs, decks and design files that can easily be tracked by cross-functional teams and partners
    • Partner with research, designers, PMs, and clinicians to collaborate on deliverables
    • Build relationships with cross-functional team members and executives across disciplines, and effectively synthesize and integrate their feedback
    • Identify opportunities to offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process, and lead projects and initiatives end to end
    • Develop Lyra’s voice and tone across Client Enrollment products and services

Qualifications

    • 8+ years of UX writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy experience
    • Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications
    • Ability to think big and understand complex feature sets, shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects and a diverse set of user archetypes
    • Strong ability to communicate content decisions and UX best practices
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Superb attention to detail
    • Experience collaborating with and managing feedback from a variety of stakeholders
    • Ability to work well on a highly collaborative and cross-functional team
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
    • Knowledgeable of current accessibility standards and able to apply them
    • Writer.com experience is a plus

$119,000 - $183,000 a year
As a full-time Lead UX Content Designer you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000 - $183,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
