About the Role
Lyra Health’s Provider Operations team is looking for an Operations Associate II to join our Systems Implementation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, digging into technical workflows and helping others get unblocked quickly. You’ll work closely with internal clinical teams and technical partners to ensure smooth systems launches, resolve day-to-day issues, and execute against key implementation plans.
Your superpower is follow-through and understanding the needs of many different teams: You turn ambiguity into clarity, help document and track systems issues and act as a cross-functional translator, communicating progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are energized by working within different systems and teams to get a project to completion.
You will be successful in this role if you have a bias towards action: the position is heavily execution-focused, supporting our team’s broader role in cross-functional collaboration by implementing the day to day work that makes our systems run as effectively as possible. This position requires prioritization: balancing execution of longer term/quarterly projects and owning reactive support across our systems.
This role will be a great fit if you are interested in learning more about cross functional operations, owning and updating content management systems, and have a passion for expanding access to mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Track and triage bugs and technical issues across all systems that providers rely on to deliver care, in partnership with technical teams, provider operations and clinical programs
- Support new product/program implementations by drafting user guides, communications plans and supporting training efforts, as needed
- Be a team player, supporting systems changes that improve efficiency for providers and internal teams – strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the organization
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, implementation, customer success or a similar coordination-heavy role. Bonus: Experience working within or alongside engineering, IT or product teams
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and/or startup environment
- Exceptional communication skills with experience synthesizing and sharing key information with technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, LMS and/or ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce and Workramp
- Detail-oriented with a systems mindset - you enjoy connecting dots and fixing what’s broken
