This is a fully remote role.
Hours: Standard Australia business hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the AUS/NZ operations to ensure that clinical services are provided to the WFMH customers in AUS/NZ.
- Work closely with the local partner to deliver clinical services.
- Work closely with Lyra International to ensure that all clinical service requirements from our WFMH customer base are met.
- Grow our affiliate footprint in AUS/NZ
- Recruit and develop a tailor-made customized affiliate network throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Recruit and manage all staff within the operational team.
- Ensure that our clinical services are delivered in line with our global standards and within the SLAs of customers.
- Work with the Global Governance Manager to ensure that clinical standards are upheld and meet the required standards.
- Develop and maintain all necessary governance, training, clinical protocols, and operational manuals and documents.
- Maintain and develop a good working relationship with our local Clinical Partner to ensure that structured counselling and CI events are effectively delivered.
- Must be able to analyze the operational functioning of the business and provide regular management reports and metrics.
- In addition to the various clinical and management responsibilities, the successful candidate would need to act as the Public Office for Lyra Australia. This will entail the signing of legal documents and acting as the company representative in any engagement with the ATO (Australian Taxation office) and other government authorities.

Minimum level of experience required (including any industry-specific experience)
- MA Degree in Psychology
- Registration with the appropriate Psychological Boards in Australia i.e. Psychological Board of Australia (PsyBA); Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
- More than 5 years’ experience in Wellbeing/EAP, specifically in Clinical Operations.
- More than 3 years management experience.
Minimum skillset required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Good business and financial acumen.
- Good operational insight.
- Hard working, flexible and driven.
About You
- Ability to manage and support clinical and administrative staff and provide supervision as and when required.
- Strong operational management skills including resource planning and forecasting.
- Ability to work within a team and manage a team under pressure.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Computer literacy including familiarity with case management and telephony/chat systems.
- Must be able to develop training documents / presentations and facilitate the necessary clinical training.
- Must be able to engage with customers and support client services with client engagements.
- Must have a client service orientation.
- Good Clinical understanding and ability to manage risk.
- Good time management ability.
- Business and commercial awareness.
