About the Role:
This role is focused on maintaining and enhancing Lyra’s network of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health providers.  You will work directly with therapists in our network to ensure they are upholding our high standards of care.  You will also support our Provider Relations team, particularly the arm responsible for vetting prospective providers in ensuring Lyra providers demonstrate expertise in ESTs.  You will also provide clinical support and expertise to our client-facing care team. The position reports to Lyra’s VP of Clinical Quality.


    • Participate as a clinical member of the Clinical Quality, Curation, and Credentialing Committees
    • Provide training and ongoing support to the Provider Relations Team
    • Provide training and ongoing clinical consultation to the Care Team, as well as management of clinical crises on the team
    • Provide clinical consultation to Lyra providers as requested
    • Head the CEU committee
    • Provide manager/HRBP consults
    • Provide critical incident support
    • Work to improve the outcomes collection processes and outcomes response rate to enhance participation and Lyra’s value proposition
    • Help to disseminate Lyra’s clinical outcomes (e.g., contribute to writing papers)
    • Serve as the on-call clinician approximately once every 6 weeks
    • Work part-time in the Care Navigator role at Lyra, as needed, including carrying a caseload of high risk clients you would support in accessing care


    • Masters level licensure in a behavioral health field
    • Familiarity with the Division 12 definition of EBTs
    • Expertise in the delivery of EBTs for behavioral health problems
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence provider behavior
    • Experience delivering trainings or providing consultation to professionals
    • Crisis management experience
    • Ability to juggle many priorities in a fast-paced environment
