Lyra UK & I are hiring a Business Development Manager to support all new opportunities across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies alongside delivering overall sales targets.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday fully remote position, to be based in the UK or Republic of Ireland and is a 12 month fixed term MAT cover position.
Some travel across the UK/Ireland may be required as per the client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement an effective sales strategy within the UK and Ireland to enable delivery of overall sales targets.
    • Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., clinical operations, corporate support teams and external affiliates) to effectively engage potential clients to prospect new business.
    • Generate new business revenue as per allocated targets.
    • Proactively identify trends within the market to inform and develop value propositions for new or add-on sales opportunities.
    • Build, grow and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Coordinate, participate and support all sales processes including monitoring and forecasting of sales performance.
    • Set up and manage alliances and relationships with various third-party companies such as brokers and channel partners for distribution and/or lead generation.
    • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM
    • Write specifications and proposals.
    • Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences (preferable, but not essential).
    • Extensive sales and business development experience and expertise. Knowledge of the local and global mental health/wellbeing arena is advantageous.
    • Demonstrable experience in managing sales targets, exceeding Euro/GBP 1,000,000 per annum.
    • Preference for thorough knowledge and thorough understanding of EAP including commercial underpinnings of such programmes.
    • Strong project managements skills to deal with complex projects under time pressure.
    • Solid experience in working with data and programme reporting.
