About the Role:
As a Sr. Clinical Relationship Manager at Bend Health, a Lyra Health company, you will work with a key health system collaborative care model (CoCM) partner to manage relationships with clinical leadership. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with this health system are strong, profitable, and enduring. In this role, you will report to our Chief Clinical Officer and will follow the established job performance standards for the position. 

This role emphasizes core competencies such as communicating Bend’s care model, diagnostic expertise, family engagement, ethical practice, and continuous improvement to ensure the highest standard of care. This is a full time position that includes quarterly site visits, monthly client virtual meetings, and ad hoc meetings with Bend’s internal account management team.

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

This position is remote, including up to 40% travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

    • In partnership with Bend’s Customer Success Managers- Health Systems, host regular site visits to health system administrative and clinical leadership to educate on Bend’s care model, review partnership progress and understand clinical concerns
    • Coordinate trainings for doctors and staff members to promote Bend Health services and established referral workflows
    • Ensure our referral partners receive accurate and up to date information on our services and referral process to grow and maintain new patient appointments 
    • Resolve clinical issues and problems, deal with complaints, issue escalations as needed 
    • Prepare and present progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics. Communicate effectively with PCPs, pediatricians and other clinical staff to improve partner relationships and increase referrals
    • Position is remote, including up to 40% travel to client sites

Qualifications

    • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state
    • Experience with Virtual Careand telepsychiatry platforms, demonstrating comfort and proficiency in remote care settings. 
    • Demonstrated Family Engagement skills and experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. 
    • Commitment to JACHO Standards: Familiarity with JACHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
    • 5+ years experience combined clinical practice and managing key health system relationships
$150,000 - $229,000 a year
As a full-time Sr. Clinical Relationship Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 to $229,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
