About the Role
The Revenue Analytics team empowers our customer-facing teams by working cross-functionally with product, clinical research, and member marketing to provide data and insights at scale. The Manager, Data Analytics will lead a team responsible for delivering compelling data-driven stories and strategic insights. This role is for a leader who excels at translating complex data into clear, precise, and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization (Tableau preferred), and will serve as a technical and thought leader. They will guide the team in leading deep analysis projects, managing ad-hoc requests, building source-of-truth reporting, and creating scalable outputs that efficiently serve all internal and external customers. This requires deep empathy for our stakeholders in customer success, sales, and marketing who are the primary consumers of our data and services to meet customer and prospect needs. 

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality, impactful deliverables.
    • Oversee the development of scalable data solutions from large datasets across multiple systems, including data domains, reporting layers, single-sources-of-truth, metric layers, and self-service dashboards.
    • Strategically collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, and data science to enhance data foundations and implement robust business logic.
    • Drive the definition of new metrics in partnership with clinical operations, customer success, and Go-To-Market teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Guide the team in drawing actionable insights with minimal guidance and developing clear, executive-level presentations to convey complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Serve as a key thought partner to other teams, leading analytical efforts to identify external-facing product insights and driving cross-functional resolutions to operational issues.
    • Develop team specialization in key business areas, cultivating subject matter experts to address internal and external inquiries, and actively contribute as stakeholders in exploratory projects, growth/scaling initiatives, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or have equivalent work experience.
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
    • Proven ability to operate within ambiguity, create structure, and proactively drive initiatives.
    • Highly data-driven and meticulously detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
    • Comfortable working with large, complex data sets, applying statistical methods, and deriving meaningful, actionable insights.
    • Advanced proficiency with SQL and Tableau; experience with other visualization tools is a plus.
    • Highly self-motivated and adept at working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex analytical findings and actionable insights to diverse audiences.
    • Experience with DBT or consumer marketing is a plus.
$159,000 - $219,000 a year
As a full-time Manager, Data Analytics, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000 to $219,000.  The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
