About The Role
Lyra Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. 

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of marketing automation tools and systems that support lifecycle marketing success. Responsibilities:

    • Design a lifecycle marketing strategy and member journey that enhances the member experience and increases engagement and revenue growth.
    • Create a segmentation strategy to personalize messaging and positioning for diverse consumer audiences. 
    • Craft welcome and onboarding, nurture, and retention email program to include automated and monthly campaigns.
    • Develop new, innovative ways to improve conversion rates and efficiency through data-driven insights, experimentation, and automation.  
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
    • Lead the content briefing process to create compelling and engaging campaigns.
    • Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure cohesive alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and explore opportunities to optimize campaigns through other CRM and ESPs as needed.

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years marketing experience, and at least 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, including campaign strategy/development, messaging, segmentation, experimentation, and optimization
    • Knowledge of a modern CRM platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a track record leveraging tools to create successful, multi-channel, and multi touch campaigns.
    • Ability to balance short-term gains with long-term impact and experience manipulating and analyzing data in Google Analytics and Mixpanel to draw insights and learnings and craft recommendations.
    • Data-driven and analytical skills and ability to easily work with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to execute opportunities that streamline and scale your programs
    • Creative self-starter that imagines and executes successful marketing programs through effective project management
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
    • Previous experience working in a heavily regulated environment (telehealth, fintech) a plus
$119,000 - $183,000 a year
As a full-time Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000-183,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. 

At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
