At Lyra Netherlands, we offer you a dynamic role of Administrative Case Manager where you’ll be at the heart of our administrative case management, working closely with our Office Manager to ensure all daily operations run smoothly.
You’ll support a close-knit and growing team where collegiality, personal development, and a good sense of humour go hand in hand.
This is a part time role, working 24-32 hours per week, depending on preference. It is a hybrid position in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and handling emails
- Creating cases and entering data into the client system
- Scheduling intake appointments
- Referring clients to the network
- Sending out confirmations of assignments
- Case administration
- Following up on administrative tasks and requesting missing information
- Closing cases and sending evaluations
- Checking invoices
- Processing requests for additional sessions
About You
- You are a proactive and flexible professional with MBO-4 level thinking and working skills and a solid administrative background.
- You have at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and excel at staying organized, multitasking, and working accurately.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Good command of spoken
- and written English is also required—or you are willing to refresh your English skills.
- You must live in the Utrecht region.
