About the Role
The Lyra International regional management team is responsible for quality assurance and network operations across our subsidiary organizations in APAC. The Clinical Recruiting Specialist role will work closely with all Lyra International International subsidiaries and Lyra Health to drive end-to-end counsellor recruitment, onboarding and performance management, to ensure that local networks are set up to meet the high Lyra global clinical standards of care.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for effective mental health delivery on a global scale, a track record of leadership in a cross-functional space, and a service mindset.

Responsibilities

    • Working with Regional Manager and Clinical Director to review and respond to the needs of the Lyra International subsidiaries in relation to new skills or locations required within their networks based on the Lyra International Service Level Standards
    • Working with Lyra Health to understand how evidence-based practice requirements can be translated to a global population
    • Working with recruitment agencies and tools such as LinkedIn to identify candidates
    • Linking critical stakeholders for network success
    • Fostering alignment across various key stakeholders such as Lyra Health, Lyra International subsidiaries, Legal compliance, Clinical Operations and Client Services teams
    • Working with Business Development teams to understand customer needs based on the sales pipeline and RFP process
    • Screening, credentialing and contracting
    • Working with Legal Compliance teams to develop an in-depth knowledge of the licensing, tax obligations and insurance requirements of the Lyra International International countries of operation and how this impacts recruitment
    • Keeping up to date protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with best practice in relation to recruitment standards
    • Understanding the mental health system of countries in which recruitment is taking place and how the candidates fulfill these requirements
    • Reviewing and maintaining affiliate contracts that are suitable for the type of role that the recruitment is for and aligned with local legislation
    • Regular reviews of licence and skills to ensure that once successfully recruited affiliates remain compliant with Lyra International clinical standards and that affiliate profiles represent the most up to date information
    • Developing hybrid operational models
    • Contributing towards the development of a cost-effective model of working with affiliates and networks
    • Screening for cultural competence
    • Ensuring that all candidates are able to work in accordance with Lyra International standards and protocols around diversity and inclusion and have the necessary skills to support clients from diverse or minority backgrounds
    • Network performance management
    • Optimising provider availability with modalities and preferences that are most in demand
    • Onboarding new affiliates with tools, technology and information on how to receive and manage referrals
    • Maintain strong relationships with counsellors, serving as the primary point of contact for any support needs or issues
    • Monitor counsellor performance and client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or performance-related issues
    • Implement retention strategies to ensure counsellor engagement and satisfaction
    • Coordinate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the provider network

Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in recruitment
    • Experience of working internationally is a distinct advantage
    • A clinical background will be an advantage
    • Excellent administrative skills
    • Excellent telephone/online manner
    • Excellent English speaking and writing abilities
    • Good clinical skills and knowledgeable about best practice clinical treatment guidelines and training
    • Professional and quality orientated approach to work
    • Enthusiastic and persuasive
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Can develop and sustain mature working relationships
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to effectively negotiate between different parties to achieve the best possible outcomes for the business
