The Role
As the Marketing Operations Manager you will be an integral part of the Marketing organization - working closely with our Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Design teams to build scalable solutions to achieve our growth goals.  This new role will add horsepower to our team as we grow our enterprise customer partnerships and brand awareness. Ideal candidates will have deep B2B marketing operations experience, a data-driven mindset, and a relentless desire for continuous improvement. You’ll relish getting rid of extra steps and streamlining our processes.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage engagement programs on Lyra’s marketing automation platform (Pardot)
    • Oversee prospect data including - data hygiene, list/contact management, CRM integration, and progressive web forms
    • Plan and build emails including - nurture streams, event invitations, and targeted outreach
    • Identify opportunities for testing and make recommendations for improvements to drive qualified traffic and high-quality first meetings
    • Build and test responsive email and landing page templates that meet our high design standards and are cross-browser and device compatible
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of programs against our targets
    • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to plan and execute against quarterly goals

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 4+ years experience as a primary driver of the marketing ops function
    • Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms (Pardot strongly preferred); certification a plus
    • Deep expertise with Salesforce - Lightning interface, configuration and handoff with marketing automation tools, 3rd party applications, creating reports and dashboards
    • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing best practices including lead gen, lead nurture, and ABM
    • Outstanding attention to detail
    • Exceptional project management skills - able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Collaborative and team oriented while also able to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
    • Previous healthcare experience is nice to have but not required
    • Tableau experience a plus
