As Lyra continues to provide life-changing mental health support to everyone around the world, this key role would be Lyra’s first move to proactively promote and sell our global Workforce Mental Health (WMH) solution to non-US headquarter multinationals and Benefit Consultants (BCs) across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Using your minimum of five years sales experience, with demonstrable global knowledge and expertise, you will provide deep cultural, regulatory and benefit delivery, and how these differ around the world.

Please note this is a sales role and is not clinical or technical development in nature.

Primary responsibilities:

    • Identifying and meeting with BCs to educate them on Lyra’s suite of products, helping to identify suitable prospects within the BCs book of business
    • Build pipeline for both oneself and US-based Partnership Directors (PDs)
    • Providing client facing sales support and global subject matter expertise (SME) for the PDs and Customer Success teams
    • Leading conversations with senior Global HR/benefits leaders and consultants as it relates to Lyra’s global offering
    • Assisting product marketing in the development of materials and collateral for Lyra’s global offerings and its positioning in the EMEA market
    • Collecting and sharing market insights to the Global Partnership Director to inform Lyra’s global strategy
    • Performing as the global SME in RFP/RFI responses.

Essential Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience working directly in the sale of global employer benefits and/or global EAP / mental health space
    • Demonstrable sales experience and target achievement
    • Demonstrable experience of working for or with BCs
    • Multilingual - English plus another language

Desirable Experience and Skills:

    • Strategic development and growth of Lyra’s relationship with BCs
    • Develop and nurture key relationships with BC firms to drive revenue growth.  Acts as the face of Lyra within the consulting community, proactively addressing needs and identifying and developing new opportunities from benefit consultants
    • Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment
    • Solid understanding of employer mental health benefits globally
    • Passion for mental health
    • Intellectually curious;Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
    • Creative and scrappy problem solver who rolls up their sleeves and does what needs to be done;Ability and willingness to travel
