Key Responsibilities

    • Accounts & Finance:
    • Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software such as Netsuite and AutoCount. 
    • Recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately to ensure financial transparency.
    • Updating the invoice logbook promptly after creating invoices to track financial activities. 
    • Checking bank statements transactions with community receipts and payment receivable for accuracy.
    • Tracking and ensuring timely payment of office bills to avoid disruptions.
    • Handling filing responsibilities to maintain organized financial documentation.
    • Assist with audit review and ensure that adequate supporting documentation is available for review.
    • Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing payment vouchers, generating reports and statements, filing paperwork, and liaising with clients on payment matters. 
    • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate manager.

Qualifications

    • Requirements & Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as Netsuite and AutoCount.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
