About the Role
We are looking for an experienced healthcare administrative assistant to support a growing team in a fast-paced work environment. You will help to expand our Mental Health Evaluations program by providing administrative and case management support to expert providers who deliver mental health care via live video. This includes supporting short-term disability evaluations, coordinating care with other providers and teams across Lyra, as well as third party organizations, and communicating with Lyra patients.
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p PST / 5:30a-2p EST
Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of clinical documentation, such as release of information and short term disability paperwork
- Engage directly with our providers, leave vendors, customer/HR representatives, and Lyra clients to facilitate smooth communication and processes
- Coordinate comprehensive care for our clients
- Support providers to schedule and communicate with clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced operations environment
- Experience working with providers to facilitate day-to-day care operations a plus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with prior experience in client relations and ability to interface with cross-functional and clinical teams
- Strong tracking and documentation capabilities with a demonstrated ability to execute on operational processes
- Proactive clinical case management experience with demonstrated ability to take initiative on anticipating and resolving patient needs
- Aptitude for / experience with a variety of tech tools and products (e.g. Google Suite, Salesforce, Zoom, learning management systems, etc.)
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to effectively balance multiple priorities
- Experience with basic healthcare software, such as an EMR and prescribing system
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
$26 - $39.90 an hour
As a full-time Patient Care Coordinator, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated base rate for this full-time position is $26.00-$39.90 an hour. The base rate is determined by role and level, and the base rate will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. The base rate is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:
