What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities — journals, bank recs, AP/AR, and monthly & annual financial closes
- Oversee billing and revenue operations — including Stripe and/or enterprise billing arrangements
- Own payroll and compliance across our Australian and international entities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and support consolidations across multiple entities
- Partner closely with our FP&A lead to support reporting, audits and board packs
- Continuously improve processes and controls as we scale rapidly
What we’re looking for
- 3–4 years’ experience in accounting or financial operations
- Experience with Stripe and/or enterprise billing (either is fine — both is a plus)
- Solid understanding of multi-entity accounting, financial closes, SaaS billing, revenue recognition and payroll
- Confident with Xero and Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Start-up mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable building things from scratch
