Strategy & Operations Lead

At Lyrebird we're looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead – UK to join our team.

About the job

As Lyrebird Health expands across the UK, the Strategy & Operations Lead will be the execution engine behind our hospital-facing delivery. You’ll design and optimise the systems, playbooks, and partnerships that enable us to scale rapidly and responsibly across NHS Trusts—ensuring our AI scribe is embedded seamlessly into clinician workflows and Trust operations.

You'll own critical cross-functional initiatives - from onboarding operations to Trust reporting, EMR integration oversight, pilot evaluations, and performance tracking. If you love solving complex, ambiguous problems and want to transform healthcare delivery at scale, this role is for you.

Strategic Execution & Program Management

    • Manage the operational rollout of Lyrebird’s offering across NHS Trusts—coordinating implementation milestones, Trust enablement, and internal resource allocation.
    • Build a scalable operating model for UK delivery, including stakeholder mapping, onboarding stages, and localisation processes.

EMR Integration & Technical Readiness

    • Lead the operational coordination of EMR integrations in partnership with Lyrebird engineers and NHS IT leads.
    • Document integration approaches by EMR type and Trust configuration, helping build a repeatable playbook across shires.

Metrics & Reporting

    • Define and monitor KPIs around product usage, adoption velocity, clinical efficiency gains, and patient throughput impact.
    • Build dashboards and reports to support both internal teams and NHS partner feedback loops.

NHS Trust Navigation

    • Act as the central point of coordination between Lyrebird teams and NHS governance processes (e.g., IG, DPIA, procurement compliance).
    • Build relationships with digital health stakeholders across NHS regions to inform go-to-market refinement.

Skills & Experience

    • 3–5 years in strategic operations, healthcare implementation, or GTM enablement—ideally in a healthtech scaleup.
    • Strong familiarity with NHS decision-making structures and the rollout of digital tools in hospital settings.
    • Comfort working with clinical IT systems, EMR ecosystems, and technical vendors.

Attributes

    • Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity.
    • Sharp communicator with the ability to drive alignment across departments and orgs.
    • Meticulous with a bias toward iteration and improvement.
    • Energised by solving healthcare’s most complex operational puzzles.
We're transforming the future of healthcare
All that's missing is you.
