Based in New York and LA, the Mission Control team is the heartbeat of M13—they keep the M13 engine running smoothly. People on this team are enthusiastic culture carriers who ensure that everyone at M13 is engaged and that our internal operations are running smoothly. From assisting the M13 partnership to planning and leading people and cultural initiatives, this team supports nearly every mission that M13 accomplishes!  

The Mission Control team seeks to bring on a world-class Program Manager who is based in Los Angeles or New York. This person will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of cross-functional projects and key deliverables across the firm. The Program Manager will have the unique opportunity to work with M13 Partners and stakeholders to ensure that M13 is driving impact and delivering on our core objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Lead and manage cross-functional company initiatives from start to finish
    • Own coordination across multiple stakeholders to determine project outlines including scope, goals, roles and responsibilities, and timelines
    • Manage and track project deliverables, maintaining a strong understanding of what needs to happen, and when
    • Be the source of truth for all project information, communicating updates and project status regularly
    • Schedule and lead kickoff meetings, manage multiple workstreams and deadlines and implement action plans to mitigate or remove blockers
    • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, making sure there is alignment on program goals and deliverables

What you bring to the role:

    • A demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple medium to large-scale projects concurrently, with the confidence to multi-task and delegate as required
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage different personalities with project outcomes in mind
    • A successful track record in program management
    • A proactive self-starter who is always ten steps ahead and looking around corners
    • You are authentic and great at relationship building and getting people onboard and aligned
    • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
    • You are willing to roll up your sleeves with collaborative helpfulness and have a no task is too big or too small mentality
    • A knack for operations and managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
    • Strong organizational time management skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Notion, and Slack

$115,000 - $145,000 a year
Actual compensation within this range will depend upon the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and level of impact in the role.
