Who are we?
At Aleios, our focus is building state-of-the-art Serverless solutions and creating autonomous teams for our clients, with an emphasis on skills building and training through delivery. Our work varies from helping startups build their initial MVPs to aiding large organisations scale globally. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting new Serverless consultancy Scale-Up, with offices in London and Cape Town. Aleios is part of the Theodo Group which has founded 11 companies with specialties in Web/Mobile, Serverless Cloud, DevOps and FinTech. All of these are headed up by Theodoers, who received the funding and support to grow their own start-ups. We are looking for entrepreneurial, future business leaders to join the team.

What we want
We are looking for a client focused delivery expert to join our team. You will provide delivery management and consulting to a wide variety of clients across the world - from startups to multi-billion pound organisations. Leveraging our unique Lean & Agile methodologies as well recognised frameworks like SCRUM, and SAFe. Projects range from greenfield new products through to complex multi team migrations of entire application portfolios. You will work with clients to build visibility and governance structures while helping to predict blockers before they happen. You will be passionate about helping clients, as well as your teammates to be their best selves. You are opinionated on what good looks like, and are searching for somewhere you can really grow your career by making software teams successful.

About you
2.1 or higher university degree
3+ years experience on project/program management across multiple teams
Experience in a client facing, consultative role
A desire to progress, continuously learn and welcome constructive challenge
Directly engaged with senior project stakeholders and developed their trust
A passion for technology and its impact on the world
Ability to travel for client work (short term)

The role
Coach our high performing agile teams, designing, building and shipping custom applications / modernisations that are driven by user needs.
Craft successful delivery teams with supporting state-of-the-art delivery planning and governance
Develop your own thought leadership to broaden your knowledge, playing a critical part in shaping the future of aleios and inspiring our teams towards sustainable change.
Challenge our clients to focus on the essential and most valuable parts of their product
Invest in continuous improvement for yourself and the company through learning & implementing techniques inspired by Lean Train our team and clients on state-of-the-art delivery techniques & approaches
Provide project visibility using best-in-class tools inspired by Lean's approach
