HomeMade is a related entity to Mable and operate as a completely separate business, however both have a shared vision for self-management.

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as a Business and Process Analyst, helping older Australians live the life they want. 

You will be leading the requirements gathering and supporting with the delivery planning and implementation of key short-term initiatives prioritised from the organisation’s Continuous Improvement Plan.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

    • Proactively lead initiatives to analyse, design and improve processes across the HomeMade operations functions and technology platform. This includes identifying productivity and cost savings and recommending solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across HomeMade to gather, validate and document business and process requirements. Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed processes/solutions and outline business impacts. This includes writing requirements, process modeling and mapping current state and future state business processes. 
    • Develop a detailed project delivery plan for each project that outlines key outcomes, milestones and timelines. Ensure that key stakeholders and delivery partners are aligned. This includes creating and maintaining a JIRA board and rolled up delivery reporting for senior leaders. 
    • Facilitate and manage the sign off process for a project by ensuring that all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained. This includes organising requirements reviews, addressing stakeholder concerns, and ensuring alignment before proceeding.
    • Collaborate with Product and Tech or external suppliers on testing and roll out plans. This includes acceptance criteria and reviewing test plans to ensure sufficient test coverage. 
    • Ensure that internal team and HomeMade customers receive appropriate training, coaching and communications prior to the rollout of process or technology changes. This includes developing training materials, scheduling training, development of standard operating procedures, and coordinating customer communications.
    • Support with ad hoc business or process initiatives as directed by senior leadership. This includes reviewing and updating operational process documentation, coordinating urgent customer communications, performing supplier/vendor research and acquiring vendor quotes and supporting user acceptance testing.

Stakeholder Management

    • Act as a liaison between operational teams, Product and Tech teams, leadership and external suppliers to ensure alignment on projects goals and deliverables. This includes facilitating working groups, providing regular project updates, coordinating communication throughout the business on process changes, and organising roll out activities with operational teams.
    • Oversee and manage end to end business and process improvement projects from planning through to implementation. This includes coordination with cross functional teams to ensure project delivery within scope, committed timelines and budget.
    • Act as the first point of contact and escalation for clarification from the business on any aspect of the project. 

Compliance

    • Ensure solutions are developed in line with Aged Care regulatory requirements and HomeMade policies.
    • Coordinate with the Continuous Improvement Analyst to ensure that the initiatives and timelines captured on the Continuous Improvement are kept up to date and accurate.
