About the role

As the Coordinator & Organisations Specialist, you will play a vital role in introducing and supporting third-party organisations as they join the Mable platform. Acting as the first point of contact, you'll represent Mable to new organisations and their Coordinators - building strong relationships from day one.

Your core focus will be to onboard new organisations, enable Coordinators to confidently introduce their clients to Mable, and ensure they have the tools and support needed to operate efficiently. You’ll provide guidance, training, and ongoing support, helping to create a smooth and positive experience across all touchpoints.

This is a B2B role with clear performance targets. Success will be measured by your ability to engage Coordinators, drive client onboarding, and facilitate successful matches on the platform. Strong communication, rapport-building, and a results-driven mindset are key to thriving in this position.

Key Responsibilities

    • Engage New Leads: Connect with inbound leads (e.g. Coordinators, Providers, Organisations) to understand their clients’ needs and determine how Mable can support them

    • Facilitate Onboarding: Guide new coordinators and organisations through the onboarding process - including setting up client accounts, navigating the Mable platform, and understanding workflows.

    • Create and Manage Needs: Support Coordinators in creating effective job opportunities (Needs), including public and private job posts, direct or bulk messages, and last-minute jobs - ensuring the right support workers are engaged.

    • Track and Drive Activation: Monitor lead progress from initial contact to first timesheet, identifying blockers and taking action to ensure conversion and time-to-value targets are met

    • Ongoing Engagement & Retention: Maintain regular contact with your portfolio of coordinators and organisations through monthly check-ins or as needed. Proactively follow up with those who haven’t yet engaged fully with Mable to offer support, remove barriers, and drive activation.

    • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new products/services offered by the organisation to effectively educate coordinators and keep them up-to-date.
