About the role
As a Recruiter at Attain Healthtech, you’ll support the success and growth of the organisation by taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the group. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source and engage candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
You’ll balance hands on delivery with proactive sourcing to help shape a strong and diverse talent pipeline for the future.
This role is based in our Sydney office, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2–3 days in office per week.
Day-to-day will see you:
- Running the full recruitment process – from taking the brief to making the offer and checking in once they’ve started.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand what (and who) they’re looking for, and shaping the right approach to find them.
- Getting creative with sourcing – from job ads and LinkedIn to referrals, social media, and beyond.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates for skills, behavioural and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interviewers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers around best practice interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Maintaining up-to-date records in Google Sheets and Lever (ATS) for reporting.
- Teaming up with the broader People team on projects that help us attract and keep great people.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an internal team or a fast paced agency environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’re comfortable influencing stakeholders and building candidate rapport.
- Proactive sourcing and headhunting experience (e.g. via LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong organisation and time management, ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities.
- High attention to detail, particularly with scheduling and documentation.
