We are looking for an Ad Operations Analyst to manage the day to day responsibilities of client campaigns and to influence the internal ad operations practice. You will be focused on providing flawless execution, quarterbacking deliverables from multiple teams, and working with the client services team to identify a path to campaign delivery based upon client objectives and constraints. You will see campaigns from planning to launch and provide a heavy hand in activation and post campaign activities. The Ad Operations Analyst is crucial to the success of a campaign and long term client relationship.

What you'll be doing:

    • Reporting/QA to ensure data validity
    • Analyzing data (identifying trends, opportunities, discrepancies)
    • Manipulating data to represent business case “storytelling”
    • Integration and implementation for all facets of operations (i.e. tagging, macros, trackers, postbacks)
    • Centralizing and streamlining client reporting
    • Partner fraud analysis
    • Process/SOP documentation
    • Campaign delivery executables
    • Driving initiatives for campaign launch and optimization
    • A/B testing, execution for Ad Operations initiatives

Your background and who you are:

    • 2+ year of experience with ad operations, trafficking, or analytics
    • BS degree in a numerate discipline (CS, Statistics, Economics or related field)
    • Willingness to self-teach third party ad systems such as ad servers, DSPs, and analytics tools
    • Highly analytical and technical (understands components of ad calls across various channel)
    • Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in client facing reports
    • Ability to translate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong understanding of HTML and Javascript
    • Strong Excel skills and experience with SQL/Hive or other query language
    • Working knowledge of all facets of Desktop/Mobile
    • Performance Marketing experience

Bonus points:

    • Experience working with MMPs/ASPs (Kochava, Tune, Adjust, Appsflyer)
    • Experience working with Google ad products (Google Analytics, DoubleClick, AdSense)
    • Experience working in social media marketing
