A Project Managers responsibility is to truly own the delivery and success of a project, including the scheduling, monitoring, tracking, and execution against our tight milestones and deadlines. Qualified candidates will be self-starters, excellent communicators, dependable, and have concise execution during times of high stress.

What you'll be doing:

    • Own full project life-cycles
    • Enable a high performance Design/Live Operations team to stay on schedule
    • Run SCRUM meetings, organize all tasks, manage communication between teams, own risks, own dependencies, and delivery of a project
    • Identify inefficiencies in our production pipelines and driving solutions to completion
    • Partner with team leads and enable their teams to be as effective as possible
    • Capture meeting minutes, driving follow-up, and ensure completion of action items
    • Own task estimation, identify critical path impediments, and remove blockers
    • Become the product expert for your project
    • Ensure a high quality bar for feature releases by working directly with QA
    • Facilitate cross department communications

Your background and who you are:

    • 5+ years project management experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Track record of working on mobile titles and shipping features to a live game
    • Experience working with game design teams, and the game development process, able to communicate technically with engineers and game designers
    • Thrive in an environment where things are always changing
    • Adept at problem solving and process improvement
    • A passion for games and supporting the designers who make them
    • A strong knowledge of production methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban
    • A strong knowledge of JIRA and project tracking tools
    • Knowledgeable of MMO’s
