The Role

We're on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who truly cares about customers, is tech-savvy, and enthusiastically human. Joining our #SoUnTelco team in Sydney, NSW means you'll be responsible for providing solutions that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

What you'll do

    • Drive sales of Voice, Data, Mobile, Security, and Hosting solutions tailored for mid to large corporate clients, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
    • Collaborate closely with SMEs, Solution Architects, and the Head of Sales to effectively secure new business opportunities, emphasising the power of teamwork in achieving success.
    • Conduct strategic evaluations of existing accounts and prospective clients to gain deep insights into their business objectives, crafting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
    • Cultivate and expand your network of partners to continuously generate high-quality leads and foster mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Meet and exceed targets consistently, reaping the rewards of monthly commissions while ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.

You are

    • A seasoned Business Development Manager with a proactive, go-getter attitude and proven track record in the technical sales field.
    • Proficient in selling IT/Telco solutions and eager to explore emerging industry trends to win new business.
    • Motivated to secure new business opportunities and play a key role in driving overall business growth.
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Well-versed in formal sales methodologies like Miller Heiman, TAS, SPIN, or Challenger.
    • Proud of your remarkable track record of sales achievements.
