Mactores is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced QuickSight Developer to take the lead in our visualization initiatives, providing meaningful insights to our clients about their business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the hands-on execution of creating QuickSight Dashboards, incorporating dynamic filters tailored to the client's specific requirements. This role requires a strong command of data visualization techniques, an understanding of diverse use cases, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team to deliver impactful insights.
What will you do?
- Take a leadership role in the visualization initiatives, guiding the team towards creating compelling QuickSight Dashboards that offer valuable insights to our clients.
- Lead the hands-on creation of QuickSight Dashboards, utilizing your expertise to develop visually appealing and data-rich visualizations.
- Design and implement dynamic filters within QuickSight Dashboards to ensure flexibility and customization according to the client's evolving needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translating them into actionable and effective visualizations.
- Create multiple dashboards tailored to various use cases, ensuring that each visualization meets the specific needs and objectives outlined by the client.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends and insights that can be effectively communicated through QuickSight Dashboards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to integrate QuickSight visualizations seamlessly into the overall data strategy.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in data visualization and analytics, incorporating innovative techniques to continuously enhance the quality and impact of QuickSight Dashboards.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a QuickSight Developer with a track record of successful visualization initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of QuickSight Dashboard creation, including dynamic filter implementation.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to transform complex data sets into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively understand and address client needs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform detailed data analysis and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to innovate and optimize QuickSight Dashboards for maximum impact.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement in the field of data visualization.

The Path to Joining the Mactores Team
At Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:
Pre-Employment Assessment:
You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.
Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.
HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
