We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Django and experience with Authentik to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive digital solutions across the full stack, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain robust web applications using Django as the primary backend framework and React or Angular for the frontend.
- Implement user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments using Authentik.
- Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system, ensuring system consistency and stability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain code integrity and organization, implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
What you need for this opportunity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Django, MEAN, and MERN stack development.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python (Django), Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with authentication and authorization protocols (authentik) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

The Path to Joining the Mactores Team
At Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:
Pre-Employment Assessment:
You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.
Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.
HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
