Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager, CRM/Field Systems Specialist will be responsible for supporting Madrigal’s Commercial and Medical teams with the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of several technology platforms and their integrations with other systems. This position will also be responsible for certain reporting and insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, design, configure, test, and deploy technology solutions and enhancements based on business requirements and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functionality, data quality, integration, and performance in coordination with managed services support resources
Provide training and support to end users on features and functionalities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, developers, vendors, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth integration and efficient operation of our technology platforms
Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations on sales and marketing activities, metrics, and trends
Monitor and evaluate the usage and adoption of our technology platforms as well as suggest improvements and optimizations
Review upcoming release notes for platforms and inform and adjust the team and the solutions as/if needed
Work with the cross functional team on governance for future releases, backlogs and prioritization
Stay updated on the latest platform features, releases, and best practices
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
Platform certifications will be considered as a plus
Experience in working with Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM
Experience with LMS and other field systems in the life sciences industry
Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365
Proficient in systems and data integration
Experience in using Veeva Vault
Experience in using Veeva Network or other master data management systems.
Experience with tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced and constantly evolving team environment
Experience in a emerging pharmaceutical company is a plus
