Field Medical Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Contribute to alignment and integration of a rapidly growing pre-launch global Field Medical team with respect to general administration, IT systems, and operational process development, roll out, training, and remediation
Collaborate and define roles with global Field Medical, Medical Operations, and IT aligning on strategy, operations, metrics, best practices
Assist with software implementation or conversions (e.g., vendor selection, business requirements documents, configurations, pilots, metrics/analytics, user acceptance tests, data mapping/transfers, rollouts, training, hyper-care.)
Provide input to data aggregations and analytics with the Madrigal Data Warehouse and AI development
Identify version upgrades, new, and additional technology to meet growing dept needs
Manage meeting planning and operational needs for global Field Medical’s attendance at large congress events, department meetings, and cross functional launch meetings
Facilitate end-to-end processes, monitor system use/gaps, and solution seek to solve needs
Qualifications:
Experience working in medical affairs department with customer relationship management systems, learning management systems, website development and monitoring, publication management, medical review committee, medical information systems, expense reporting, car allowances, communication and collaboration systems (ie, Smart Sheet, SharePoint, Office 365, MS Teams, Veeva), and related analytics/ medical platform-based solutions
Broader understanding of security and privacy regulations, GDPR, internal/external audits CAPA management, 21 CRF Pt 11 compliance, management and anticipate future technology need
Understand late-stage clinical drug development and commercialization lifecycle core functions (ie, scientific engagement, publishing, field medical affairs, medical info management)
Organizational change management, issues and conflict management, business-technology innovation and transformation experience
BS in science or health care; Computer Science or Data Management background a plus; 5 yrs experience in pharmaceutical industry
