In anticipation of our potential launch of a first-to-market treatment for NASH, we are building out our Sales Planning & Operations team.
 
The Associate Director/Director, Sales Planning & Operations will play a critical role in establishing and operationalizing critical frameworks in Sales Planning/Sub-national Analytics, Sales Enablement, and Incentive Compensation.
 
Responsibilities
 
Sales Planning/Analytics
 
Inform field force structure and sizing decisions and manage rollout

Develop and operationalize sub-national analytics framework to derive actionable insights from performance and activity trends
 
Closely collaborate with Insights & Analytics colleagues to ensure consistency of reporting and metrics across the organization and analytics platforms
 
Sales Enablement
 
Help assess, implement, and manage solutions & processes for:
 
Continuous call plan refinements
 
Alignment management
 
Sub-national sales reporting
 
CRM buildout and ongoing enhancements
 
Incentive Compensation
 
Manage Incentive Compensation program end-to-end:
 
Develop Incentive Compensation Governance framework
 
Design of Core IC, Annual Awards Program, and Contests
 
Administration of plans (communication, reporting, quota setting, dispute management, fairness testing)
 
Qualifications
 
8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience predominantly in Sales Analytics/Commercial Analytics/Sales Operations and/or relevant consulting experience
 
Advanced graduate degree preferred
 
Technical and strategic expertise on Targeting, Alignment Management, and Incentive Compensation with diverse experience in developing and executing plans that achieve or exceed objective performance metrics
 
Ability to translate business objective into technology solutions
 
Recent specialty drug launch experience; launch experience into new markets is a plus but not required
 
Strong communicator that can effectively articulate complex concepts to different audiences including Senior Commercial Leadership
 
Ability to effectively collaborate with key functions such as Sales, Analytics & Insights, Market Access, Patient Services, and Commercial IT to deliver value to stakeholder’s while being able to influence without direct authority
