Today, the Magical Beginnings’ schools are an award-winning collection of Early Childhood Education Centers serving communities and families in Massachusetts.
We are hiring for several teaching roles across our seven locations in the North Shore. Our teachers and float staff by help our program run smoothly while providing top-notch child care and collaborating with likeminded educators. These roles require creative, positive, and engaging team players who are flexible and eager to jump in to support.
You'll Thrive In Our Schools If You Have:
- EEC Teacher Certification (any age group), CDA, or equivalent degree and experience
- Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
- An engaging and energetic demeanor and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Some Requirements For Our Roles Include:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, part time or full time, within operating hours of the school
- Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
- Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
