What You Will Accomplish

·       Work closely with supporting teams specifically SDR (Sales Development Representatives) and AE (Account Executives)
·       Educate and solution our offerings to new prospects
·       Meet and exceed quota
·       Develop an in-depth understanding of customer’s environment, workflow and how our solution aligns with their needs
·       Develop detailed QBR plans to drive expansion
·       Provide excellent service on a consistent basis and build strong new customer relationships, leading to a high retention rate
·       Prospect new logo opportunities within an assigned regional territory within North America
·       Manage sales cycles from start to finish
·       Maintain an accurate pipeline and report forecasts weekly/quarterly
·       Uphold complete and accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce)
·       Generate and promote campaigns and support programs driving product awareness and education
·       Execute Quarterly Business Reviews
·       Demonstrate excellent cross functional relationships with supporting teams
 
What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”.  It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”.  We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us. 

There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:

·       Previous experience working in a sales role
·       Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce would be considered an asset
·       Strong analytical, relational and negotiation skills
·       Excellent verbal and written skills
·       Motivated teammate with a self-starter attitude
