About the Role:
We are seeking a Process & Implementation Analyst to bridge the gap between business processes and system functionality. This role is responsible for documenting and refining operational processes, gathering and analyzing requirements for system improvements, collaborating with our Business Systems team to implement changes, and performing hands-on modifications where applicable.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather and define system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with Business Systems to validate system changes and enhancements.
- Assist in configuring and implementing changes within system tooling as needed.
- Conduct testing and validation of system updates to ensure they align with business needs.
- Provide user training and support for process changes and system implementations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes and recommend further refinements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in process analysis, system implementation, or a related role. 5+ years working in a support environment.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements for system improvements.
- Ability to work with technical teams to implement and test system changes.
- Hands on Salesforce administration/configuration experience.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration.
- Proficiency with process documentation tools (Visio), project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and data tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms or business automation tools.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

- MIN: $76,300 - MID: $109,000 - MAX: $130,800 Currency: CAD
