Your Role
The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) is responsible for creating or improving new or existing business models and processes that support strategic business decisions. The Sr. BA will engage with business leaders and team members to analyze systems, data, and processes to identify data-driven changes that will create efficiencies, add value, and deliver on Magnet's Strategic Initiatives. The Sr. BA will ensure their recommendations are successfully implemented and adopted throughout Magnet.

What You Will Accomplish
·  Create detailed business analysis that outline opportunities for improvement and supporting solutions
·  Data analysis
·  Communicate with business leaders and team members to understand business process and go forward strategies
·  Act as an expert resource to business leads and team members in designing business processes that introduce efficiencies
·  Train new and existing users
·  Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and help related materials for team members
·  Assist technical consultants with the development of technical documentation of existing and future applications 
·  Write detailed descriptions and workflow diagrams of users current and projected needs program functions, and steps required to modify
·  Gather and draft requirements and functional specification documents
·  Provide change management support during system implementation

We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”.  It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”.  We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us. 
There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:
·   5 + years’ experience work implementing and improving dynamic business process & systems
·   3 + years’ experience working with business teams
·   Experience with and other systems
·   Strong business analysis and analytical skills
·   Excellent project management skills
